Where We Work
Our office is on Vaughan Way in Leicester city centre. Everything we do runs out of that one office, which means the person who arranges your care and the person who answers the phone are the same team who know your area.
Coverage matters more than most families expect. A carer who is twenty minutes away arrives on time in the rain. A carer who is an hour away does not, whatever the rota says. So we are careful about where we take work, and we would rather turn down an enquiry than promise a service we cannot deliver reliably.
