We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. Contact us about privacy at info@murrayhealthcareservices.com.

What information we collect

When you contact us or complete a form on this website we collect your name, contact details and the information you choose to share about your care needs or those of the person you are enquiring for. Job applicants also provide employment details and a CV. Some care enquiry information may include details about health. This is special category data and we treat it with additional protection.

Why we collect it and our lawful basis

We use your information to respond to enquiries, carry out care assessments, arrange and deliver care, and process job applications. Our lawful bases include taking steps to enter into a contract with you, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and your explicit consent for health related information you share in an enquiry. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the staff who need it to respond to you, and with the service providers who run our website forms, secure data storage and email. Where care is arranged, information may be shared with health and care professionals involved in that care, with your knowledge.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and care records in line with regulatory requirements. Recruitment information for unsuccessful applicants is kept for a limited period and then deleted. Specific retention periods are available on request.

Your rights

You have the right to access the information we hold about you, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to data portability where applicable. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details above.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
