Why We Publish the Difficult Ones Too
No care company gets everything right every week. Rotas slip, a carer is off sick, somebody is late in the rain.
What matters is what happens next. Where a family has raised something with us, we would rather show that and what we did about it than quietly publish only the glowing ones. If you would like to know how a particular concern was handled, ask us at the assessment and we will tell you.

If we support you or a member of your family, we would be grateful if you would leave a review. It helps other families in Leicester work out whether we are right for them, and it tells us what we should keep doing.

- Recurring themes are taken to supervisions and team meetings
- We ask for feedback at care plan reviews, not just when things go wrong
- Where we get something wrong, we say so
