Support built around the person
Every package of supported living starts with a free assessment. We visit at home, listen to what is happening and write a care plan around routines, preferences and what matters most to the person and their family.
Care can start small and grow as needs change, and you will always be able to reach the Leicester team that manages your care. If you are unsure whether this is the right type of support, call us and we will point you in the right direction, even if that is not us.

We write a plan around routines, preferences, risks and the things that matter to your relative, agreed with you.

We match a carer to the person, not just to the rota, and introduce them before regular care begins.

Regular reviews, an open line to the office and changes made quickly when needs change.
